These terms describe use of the website operated by Built Before Bought, operating as Built Before Bought. They do not replace a signed proposal or service agreement.
Concept requests
You may request a no-obligation homepage concept for a business you are authorized to represent. We decide whether to accept a request based on fit, complexity, available assets, and capacity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a delivery date, a finished website, or implementation. A concept demonstrates a possible design direction. You do not have to subscribe after seeing it.
Your materials and our work
You retain rights in materials you own. By supplying a website address or materials for review, you permit us to use them as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to that request and prepare an accepted private concept. Please provide only materials you are authorized to share. This does not grant permission to publish your business as a client, use your assets in marketing, or disclose confidential material.
Our original concepts, designs, code, and website materials remain ours or their respective owners’ unless a written agreement provides otherwise. You may review a concept internally, but deployment, resale, reuse, and transfer require a separate agreement. Existing third-party licenses continue to apply.
Plans, scope, and payment
Displayed prices are proposed monthly rates in US dollars, not an offer of unlimited work. A form submission does not authorize payment or create a paid subscription. Before paid work starts, the written agreement will set out deliverables, capacity, onboarding or setup charges, billing, taxes where applicable, revisions, approvals, renewal, cancellation, and asset handoff.
Major rebuilds, migrations, custom functionality, advertising spend, and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included. No cancellation fee, minimum commitment, or refund policy is created by this page; these must be disclosed in the applicable agreement before purchase.
Results and third-party services
We can describe work performed and measure available outcomes, but do not guarantee rankings, search traffic, AI recommendations, leads, sales, or other commercial results. Illustrations are not evidence of a live client project. Third-party tools and platforms have their own terms, availability, and charges.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact details and use this website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit unsolicited bulk messages, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation. We may restrict abusive requests or access to protect the service.
Availability and corrections
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and changes can occur. We may correct information and update the site. Nothing here excludes non-waivable rights, remedies, or responsibilities under applicable law. Any liability allocation for paid services belongs in the separate service agreement.
Built Together
Built Together is an exploratory customer-rewards idea. It is not a live profit-sharing, investment, or equity offer. No entitlement arises from visiting this website, requesting a concept, subscribing, or referring someone unless separate approved program terms expressly provide it.
